Portfolio 2

Decided to piece together a new portfolio. I wasn't to impressed with with my old one and decided some of the pieces did not reflect my current design direction. Below is a fresh look however with new briefs at the minute i feel another refresh will be due at the end of this term.

I tried to include current work and personal work of my own which include an album cover and 'the sofa project' which is my personal side of the design area.

Feedback from Agencies 2

After several days waiting for replies - i finally got a couple o the same day. These replies have given me a slight bit more confidence. The responses were okay - i feel the critisiscm i got was constructive and that it was suitable for the work i sent. However i feel lately i have developed my skills in my work a lot more. I think my portfolio has become a lot stronger and feel i will be a lot more confident when writing to agencies in the future.

Kerr Vernon

Kerr Vernon is a freelance designer who specialises in logo and identity designs. His designs are clever and use type and image in the finish. Its subtle bit of design however it adds to the professional finish.

Kerr Vernon also likes to produce screen prints using the cmyk colour pallet. The designs are beautiful and have a great finish.

Bag of Bees

Been thinking of screen printing some t-shirts in a brief in the future. Although the examples i have given below are not screen printed they do give an idea as to illustrations and colour pallets which may appear in my resolutions.

Bag of Bees is a design agency who specialise in t-shirt designs. I love the designs below - the illustration designs are not exactly like what i will be producing however you get some idea of my intentions.
